So...according to my hubby and my Chiropractor...Looks like I need to start some sort of therapy. Help de-stress and figure myself out.

I should really be starting some form of daily affirmations..but I'm going to start doing Mandala's for now. Affirmations are much harder when you're as bad off as I am.

Here's my first try. I free handed the circle so it's not great...and my cell phone didn't pick up the colors right. May redo it and scan it later.

Second completed Mandala. Big difference when you have a proper circle to start with!

Update 6-27-13 Found an unfinished mandala in  my sketchbook last night.
